The LBHF Local Offer for SEND provides parents and carers with clear and accessible information about the support and services available for children and young people aged 0–25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It brings together guidance on education, health and social care, as well as details of local services, activities, financial support and advice for preparing for adulthood.
