Programme of Careers Education

Careers education is embedded throughout the curriculum at Woodlane High School, ensuring that pupils develop the knowledge, skills and aspirations needed for successful adult life. Through a carefully planned programme of learning opportunities across the school, pupils are supported to understand the qualifications, personal attributes and experiences required to become responsible, independent and contributing members of modern British society. The programme is designed to raise aspirations, promote social mobility and prepare young people for future education, employment and training through a wide range of engaging and meaningful experiences.
